Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pedalo.shop We are doing our best to speed up the process to get your package to you as soon as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding.

Order processing time

• It is the time that elapses between the moment the customer places the order and the moment the seller hands it over to the delivery service.
• Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may experience delays.
• Our warehouse is only open Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except on holidays. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

Shipping costs and transit times

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on location)

• We do not currently ship to countries other than those listed above. Due to courier restrictions, we do not currently ship to islands such as Sicily, Sardinia and Corsica.
• The above logistics information applies to electric bicycles and electric scooters. For individual bicycle/scooter accessories, we may ship them from China due to stock shortages, and we will have relevant instructions on the accessories page.

Monitoring

• After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that during promotional events or holiday periods, tracking updates may take longer than usual.
• If you can't see your tracking information right after you receive your shipping notification, this is normal. Tracking information may take some time to update and may take 48-72 hours for the details to appear.
• If you still can't track your package, please contact us and we will solve the problem within 48 hours.

Delivery time exceeded

If your order is delayed, please contact us by email at Pedalo.it@proton.me , and we will check the situation with the shipping company in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellations

• We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after purchase. If the payment has been completed and the package has not been shipped, you can cancel the order before the item is delivered. And we will refund all your money.
• Once your package has been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Please note that failure to receive a shipping update email does not mean your package has not been shipped.

Address changes and order cancellations: applicable fees

At PEDALO™, we understand that circumstances may change after you place an order. However, some changes after shipping may result in additional charges. The following are the applicable charges:

• Address change fee: If the address change is successful while the package is in transit, a fee of €50 will be charged.
• Cancelling your order after it has been shipped: If an order is cancelled after the package has been shipped, a penalty of €150 will be applied.
• Package not accepted or not delivered: If the customer refuses to accept the package or if it is undeliverable, a fee of €150 will be charged.
• Delivery to original address: If the parcel is delivered correctly to the original address, a €150 fee will apply.

Damaged or lost items

Please note that damage to the outer packaging does not necessarily mean that the product itself is damaged. Due to the unpredictable nature of delivery processes, we cannot guarantee the condition of the outer packaging. We advise customers to file a claim with the carrier immediately if they notice damage to the outer packaging. Our customer service team is here to help with any product issues.
If your order is lost, damaged or stolen in transit, please contact us within 7 days. We will help you solve the problem promptly.

Tax Information

In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs duties charged by your government, not our site; you will be responsible for such charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs fees, taxes and charges.

Important Shipping Information and Policies

1. Customs delays and public holidays: Shipping times may be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package within the estimated time, please contact us for assistance.
2. Shipping delays during the holidays: During public holidays, both manufacturers and carriers may limit their operations, which may cause delays in shipping. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control, but services will resume as normal once the holidays are over.
3. Tracking Number Delays: After your order has been shipped, it may take several days for the tracking number to appear in the carrier's system. If tracking information is not immediately available, please check back later.
4. Estimated delivery times: All estimated or typical delivery times are based on data collected from previous orders. These times are approximate and provided for reference purposes only.
5. Responsibility for courier related issues: Please note that we are not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged due to the actions or omissions of DHL, DPD or other shipping services.
6. Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
